Victor HD75VM Hot Food Holding System

The Victor heated drawer system enables hot foot to be prepared in advance of the anticipated serving time and then stored in gastronorm containers in each of the three heated drawers, each with a capacity for 2 x 1/1Gn x 100mm.

The fan blown air heating module circulates hot air around the containers, combined with the integral water tray in the base of the unit hot food is kept in optimum condition until required.

This Sovereign model is mobile on 4 x 100mm castors, two of which are lockable and is constructed with a stainless steel exterior and interior with a galvanised steel rear.

It is supplied with a 13amp plug fitted to a 2m cable and has thermostatic control.
