How does the posture shirt work?
The Posture Alignment technology functionality is located in the back panel. The elastic back panel brings the shoulder blades together and adjusts the shoulders to the correct position.
What is the difference between a Reminder T-shirt and other shirts that claim to have an effect on posture?
Our Reminder posture t-shirt is based on Posture Alignment Technology, which means that it kindly guides you to hold the shoulder blades together. The design of the shoulders and the slightly duller back piece gives a direct effect on your posture. When we keep the shoulders in their natural position horizontally with the spine instead of in front of the spine, we get a natural tension in the torso muscles.
